Consultation on Agreement under Section 75 of the NHS Act, 2006
Tower Hamlets Council and the Tower Hamlets Clinical Commissioning Group (THCCG) are proposing to make an agreement under section 75 of the NHS Act 2006 to enable the THCCG to commission public health services from General Practicioner practices in Tower Hamlets which the Council will pay for from its public health grant.
