Patient Participation Groups
A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients linked with a GP practice. PPGs can represent the patients at a practice and provide feedback on the services their practice offers, help the practice make improvements and promote health and improved quality of care. Most groups are also attended by members of the practice staff.
If you would like to get involved, please ask your GP practice receptionist if your practice has a group. You can also find out more about joining your local PPG from the National Association for Patient Participation.
